Italian oil and gas industry contractor Saipem has announced the appointment of Giulio Bozzini as its CFO, effective August 1, 2008. Mr Bozzini is presently senior vice president for strategies and development at Saipem, and chairman and CEO at Snamprogetti.
Mr Bozzini will replace Alessandro Bernini, who will leave the company, taking up his new position as CFO at Saipem’s parent company Eni.
