In his position Dr Peters will be in charge of the procurement of natural gas as well as the management and optimization of import, transport and storage contracts.
Dr Peters will simultaneously hold the position of member of the extended board of directors of RWE Supply & Trading, performing the function of chief origination officer for gas. Dr Peters will replace Frank-Detlef Drake, who will assume new responsibilities within the RWE Group.
