— Memorandum between the Federal Agency on Technical Regulation and Metrology and the Turkish Institute of Standards on mutual understanding on cooperation in the field of standardization and conformity assessment;
— Memorandum on mutual understanding between the Federal Space Agency and the Turkish Council on Scientific and Technical Research on cooperation in the study and use of outer space for peaceful purposes;
— Memorandum between the Federal Service of Veterinary and Phyto-Sanitary Supervision and the Turkish Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs’ General Directorate of Protection and Control on cooperation in monitoring the safety of imported and exported fishing and aquaculture products;
— Programme of cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Turkish Republic in the fields of education, science, culture, youth exchanges, and sports;
— Memorandum on customs procedures between the Federal Customs Service and its Turkish counterpart;
— Memorandum on mutual understanding between the Department of Turkey’s financial markets and federal service on financial markets;
