As per the agreed terms, 35MW of the total solar modules will be delivered through original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in Poland and India.
The solar modules are scheduled for delivery between April and June of 2013.
Commenting on the agreement, ReneSola chief executive officer Xianshou Li said, "We look forward to working with Enerparc and hope to develop a long-lasting relationship that will facilitate the wider use of renewable energy."
Currently, Enerparc operates more than 400MW as an IPP and sees further opportunities in India and the United States.
