The solar modules will be used on the rooftop solar system of Cummings Center, a two-million ft² corporate campus and retail center in Beverly, Massachusetts.
The real-estate development firm will perform the design and construction of the solar system, as well as integration of solar modules.
As of now, Cummings Properties claims to have completed six rooftop solar projects totaling nearly 1MW. In addition, it said about 1MW projects are in construction or planning phases.
ReneSola chief executive officer Xianshou Li said, "This project underscores our commitment to the U.S. market, particularly in Massachusetts, and we look forward to opportunities to expand our presence there."
