The power project, located in Tydal, south-east of Trondheim, is expected to commence operation by the end of 2012.
The facility will include one horizontal Francis unit with a capacity of 3MW and one vertical Pelton unit of 1,5MW.
Rainpower will supply inlet pipe (bifurcation), inlet valves, turbines, governors, generators, control- and protection equipment, and switchgear for the power project.
