The R. A. Siegel Company, a service-driven wholesale distributor of flooring products to both the residential and commercial markets, has launched a recycling program at its Mableton, Georgia location as part of its sustainable attempt to reduce waste.
Under this program, the company will utilize its entire warehouse and office areas to provide recycling of paper, plastic, glass, and metal cans.
The program, which will use single-stream recycling technology involving the collection of all recyclables in a single container to enhance convenience for the users, complements the company’s goal to be a responsible corporate citizen and to reduce waste in its facilities.
The R. A. Siegel president and CEO Len Kopec said that recycling is good for the environment and complements the company’s goal of introducing and promoting Green Products for the residential and commercial flooring markets.
