The agreement enables both companies to diversify their respective product lines to fully address customer demands for particular application.
As per the agreement, PureSpectrum, which offers a full line of dimmable Compact Fluorescent Lamps (CFL) and multiple dimmable linear fluorescent lighting products, will be able to provide Ultra-Tech’s range of induction lighting products that target commercial and industrial market segments.
The agreement will allow Ultra-Tech, which has a strong presence in the Midwest and the Eastern Corridor including New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania, to offer PureSpectrum bulbs and CFL technologies along with energy efficient magnetic induction lighting (MIL) and LEDs through its retail sales channels.
The cross licensing agreement will also enable PureSpectrum to include energy efficient induction lighting products in catalog that has a rapidly escalating popularity among the industrial and commercial customers.
