Mr Shin is executive vice president of industrial and transportation business at the 3M Company of St Paul, Minnesota. Mr Shin has been with 3M since 1984 and has held posts with increasingly broader responsibilities. He became a division vice president in 2001 and was named an executive vice president in 2005.
