Funding for the solar power plants will be obtained through an agreement with a Danish firm Viasol.
Premier Power will start equipment delivery in February, and all systems are scheduled for completion by the end of this year.
The company had signed an agreement with its joint venture with European firm Plaan Czech, in September last year to build a total of 16.2MW in solar power plants in Bulgaria.
Premier Power is a global provider of large and medium-scale solar power systems.
