Phoenix Solar owns the project rights for 20MW, when the project development for the solar park was started in 2009.
Being developed on 114 hectares of land belonging to the Municipality of Kazanlak, the solar park includes ten SPVs, each with a capacity of 5MWp.
The construction of the first phase is due to start before the end of this year.
Phoenix Solar said the company is in negotiations with several investors to sell the solar project.
The specific yield of the plant in this region comes to between 1,300kWh and 1,350kWh per kWp a year.
