The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation (PSALM) of the Philippines, the agency privatising the National Power Corp, is offering a 25-year concession to construct, finance, operate and maintain the facilities of the National Transmission Corp (TransCo).
Prequalified bidders must submit bid proposals, including the concession fee, on 7 November.
