French car brand Peugeot has launched its AE21 HYbrid compact ebike at the ‘Who’s Next’ show in Paris.

The new AE21, which is powered by a Li-ion battery, consists of an electric motor located in the front wheel, while the battery can be recharged directly in the bike or removed for recharging, according to greencarcongress.com.

In addition, the ebike features an aluminum frame to accommodate the battery, a laptop bag and an ABUS Bordo folding lock.

According to the company, the new AE21 HYbrid compact ebike can be placed against a wall as it is made with compact dimensions and folding handlebars and pedals.
