Petro Vista Energy Corp has now divested its interests and extinguished all liabilities associated with its operations in Colombia.
The company is now focusing on developing the Tartaruga field in Brazil, where the operator UP Petroleo Brasil has a rig to install electrical submersible pumps in the two existing production wells.
The operations at the field are expected to be completed by the end of May.
Petro Vista has requested for a 37.5% interest in the field, which is subject to approvals.
