The Cedar Ridge wind farm in Fond du Lac County is owned by Wisconsin Power and Light Co, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alliant Energy.
The facility, which includes Vestas V82 wind turbines, commenced commercial operation in December 2008 and produces enough clean energy to power about 17,000 Wisconsin homes each year.
Outland Energy said it will begin performing scheduled maintenances in the first quarter of 2012.
US-based Alliant Energy provides regulated electric and natural gas service to about one million electric and 412,000 natural gas customers in the upper Midwestern states of Iowa, Wisconsin and Minnesota.
