The new power projects are located in the cities of Tortona, Alessandria, Pedrosa (in the region of Alessandria) and Fosano (in the Cuneo region).
The company will install more than 91,000 units of the 230W Trina module, 2,027 inverter units produced by SMA, and 2,027 single-axis MECASOLAR trackers in the solar farms.
OPDE said that different investment funds have shown their interest in acquiring the operation of the six new projects.
The solar farms, which represent a total investment of more than EUR120m, are expected to be completed by the end of March.
