Russian natural gas producer Novatek has reported total revenues of RUB15.2 billion for the third quarter of 2007, compared to RUB13.1 billion for the same period of 2006.
For the three and nine months ended September 30, 2007, profit attributable to shareholders of Novatek increased by RUB1.03 billion and RUB2.38 billion, respectively, compared to the corresponding periods in 2006, due to a combination of increased prices for natural gas and liquids and an increase in liquids sales volumes.
The company reported natural gas sales of 6.64 billion cubic meters in the third quarter of 2007, compared to 7.1 billion cubic meters in the same period of 2006. The company reported natural gas sales of 23.48 billion cubic meters for the first nine months of 2007, compared to 22.61 billion cubic meters in the same period of 2006.
