In September 2013, the company submitted one sample of 10kg collected alongside channel sample TN-TR01 on the Ti-NOU showing to SGS, with the goal of generating a first graphite concentrate.
The sample’s measured carbon head grade was 18.2% Ct while scoping level flotation test upgraded the material to 82.4% Ct at a mass recovery into the concentrate of 21.2%.
The company will conduct further tests aimed to focus on improving the metallurgical results in terms of concentrate grade and flake size distribution.
