Under the terms of the agreement, North Springs has paid $250,000 to Hyperion for the purchase.
North Springs Resources Corp president Harry Lappa said the successful completion of the producing property acquisition is a giant leap forward for the company and its shareholders.
"The combined properties have the potential to become one of the largest gold and silver mining operations in the state of Chihuahua," said Lappa.
North Springs Resources Corp is focused on the evaluation, acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral resource properties.
