The company said that the 1,000m-drilling is planned to test six to eight priority drill targets located in the central part of the project. Mobilization is currently ongoing at the site.

Drill targets, which include various combinations of gravity, magnetic and electromagnetic geophysical responses, were identified from data compilation and new airborne and ground geophysical surveys.

The program is likely to be conducted through mid-August and a follow up winter/spring 2015 drilling program will be carried out, to test ice-based targets.

North Arrow is exploring the property under an option agreement with Arctic Star.

The deal provides the company with a 55% interest in the property if it spends $5m in exploration expenditures before 1 July 2017.
