Chairman, chief executive officer (CEO) and president Edward P. Campbell additionally announced new roles for current members of Nordson’s leadership team as part of an orderly transition.
Peter Lambert, corporate vice president, will continue to lead the company’s other Advanced Technology Systems businesses, and will report directly to Campbell. James DeVries, current vice president, global business development for Adhesive Dispensing Systems, will become vice president, North America Adhesive Dispensing Systems. Corporate vice president Michael Groos will continue to lead the Adhesive Dispensing Systems business in Europe.
Commenting on Dunn’s retirement after 37 years, Campbell said, “Andy Dunn has had a remarkable career at Nordson. Over the course of nearly four decades, he has consistently helped to guide Nordson’s expansion, both geographically and technologically, and his achievements are numerous. He especially deserves credit for his leadership of Nordson’s Advanced Technology segment, which has grown from being a small and narrowly focused niche business to one today that is a diversified, global portfolio of market leading businesses that amounts to approximately one third of the company’s total revenues. We thank Andy for his many years of service to Nordson, and we wish him a long, happy and healthy retirement.”
