The 37.5MW wind farm will be constructed in two phases, with the first phase involving nine turbines, slated for delivery soon and to enter operation as early as December.
The second phase includes installation of six turbines, which are expected to be ordered and commissioned by mid-2015.
Nordex management board member Lars Bondo Krogsgaard said: "This is going to be the first realization from our pipeline of own developed projects in Poland. It is a good illustration of how Nordex can provide more value to the market with quality projects."
The wind farm is owned by C&C Wind, an international private-equity investors and an independent power producer.
Financed largely by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the wind farm can generate an annual energy of up to 10GWh, resulting in a capacity factor of an above-average 33%.
Located in the eastern part of Poland, the wind farm will avoid emissions of around 57,000 tons of CO2, which would otherwise arise from thermal power stations.
