The trackers in the projects, which is located in California, US, will follow the sun from east to west each day to maximize energy production.
The company said tha the projects has created hundreds of construction jobs and will help California meet its renewable energy goals.
NextEra Energy president and CEO Armando Pimentel said: “These projects represent a more than $1.2bn investment in California and a tremendous step forward to help the state meet its renewable energy goals.”
The centers have a combined generating capacity of 485MW, which will be sufficient to supply power over 181,000 homes.
The solar arrays of the projects are spread over 4,000 acres of land in Riverside County, with the US Bureau of Land Management (BLM) managing most of them.
BLM Director Neil Kornze said: "The completion of these projects is further proof that America's shift toward clean, renewable energy is underway.”
The energy generated from the projects will serve customers of Southern California Edison and is expected to help health care provider Kaiser Permanente become "carbon net positive."
The projects are expected to result in reducing approximately 774,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually.
NextEra Energy Resources operates wind, natural gas, solar, hydroelectric and nuclear power plants across the US.
The company also operates nuclear power generation facilities in New Hampshire, Iowa and Wisconsin as part of the NextEra Energy nuclear fleet, which is one of the largest in US.
In April, its subsidiary La Frontera Ventures divested its stake in two natural gas-fired facilities in US to Luminant, an affiliate of Energy Future Holdings (EFH), for nearly $1.55bn.
