The new solar photovoltaic project will commence commercial operation in May this year.

Power generated from the project will be sold to Southern California Edison under a 20 year power purchase agreement.

Nautilus Solar Energy CEO James Rice said California is the largest solar market in the US and the company is excited to expand its portfolio in the very important market with the addition of the project at 15710 San Antonio Avenue in Chino.

"Our goal is to continue to grow our footprint in California by developing and acquiring high quality projects to help the State meets its Renewable Portfolio Standard," Said Rice.

Nautilus Solar develops, constructs, finances, owns and operates distributed generation and utility-scale solar electric systems across the US.
