Media reports have speculated that National Grid is seeking help from real estate adviser DTZ, and hopes to make a decision regarding the disposal of its non-operational property by the end of 2007.
Comprising around 2,500 acres and over 500 brownfield sites, the property is reportedly worth GBP800 million, Reuters has revealed.
