The new collection has three design styles: Solar Sierra, Solar Handford and Solaris.
The Solar Sierra is available in a rubbed bronze finish;
Solar Handford is available in both black and Veranda bronze finishes; and
Solaris is available in a black textured finish.
The outdoor wall lights, hanging lamps and post mounted lights are available for use around walkways, entry areas, garden patios and driveways.
Featuring a hybrid design that offers improved energy conservation, the new line of energy-efficient outdoor lighting combines solar-powered LED lights and electric compact fluorescent lights. Built-in photo cells, it provides auto on/off dusk-to-dawn operation of the LED lights, lasting up to 50,000 hours. This provides an improved glow and enhances home security by creating the impression that someone is always home.
National Geographic has a long-term commitment to preserving the world around us, said Krista Newberry, vice president of National Geographic Licensing.
