The award follows an earlier feasibility study for the same project and a recently completed pre-engineering of the NGL metering upgrade project at the same site.
Stewart Watson, managing director of MW Kellogg, said: MW Kellogg has been involved with the Karsto Gas Terminal for more than 25 years and has executed over 20 projects including conceptual studies, pre-engineering, and world-scale engineering, procurement and construction assistance projects during this period.
