The agreement, which includes infrastructure sharing and hospitality and collaboration on health, security, safety and environmental management procedures and practices, was signed by R Rajamani, managing director of Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals (MRPL) and Surenderdeep Singh, the managing director of Shell India.
