The UK utility National Power has awarded a six-year power plant maintenance deal to Mitsui Babcock.
Under the deal, believed to be worth around $270 million, Mitsui Babcock will provide maintenance services to coal and oil fired plants owned by National Power in the UK. The deal could later be expanded to include National Power’s other plants worldwide.
