Mr Kruse will be responsible for overseeing all legal, regulatory compliance, records management and partnership activities. He joins Millennium after serving as assistant general counsel at natural gas midstream firm NiSource where he provided legal representation in the areas of SEC compliance, corporate formation and joint ventures as well as issuance of public debt and equity.
Mr Turner will be responsible for the overall financial, regulatory and human resource activities of the company. A certified public accountant, he established a financial consulting firm in 2001 providing services related to strategic planning, valuation modeling and financial and cash flow projections.
