Mediterranean Oil & Gas, the central Mediterranean focused producer, developer and explorer of oil and gas assets, said its subsidiary Medoilgas Italia has amended its sales deal for Guendalina gas field offshore Itlay.
Medoilgas reached an agreement with Energetic to terminate the existing gas purchase contract relating to the company’s entire net gas production from the Guendalina gas field, on March 31 2012.
The company has now signed a gas sales contract with Repower Italia that will buy the entire net gas production from the Guendalina gas field, effective from April 1.
This follows a recent deal by Medoilgas Italia with Repower relating to the company’s entire net gas production from the Guendalina field for one ‘thermal’ year, to commence from October 1 2012 and ending on September 31 2013.
