Mediatechnics is developing the PV solar power generating systems for the company’s joint venture, Apex Solar Corp.
The company claimed it is investigating several possible large-scale commercial sales of the solar power systems under consideration.
Mediatechnics said it started a private offering of preferred stock, to accredited investors only, in order to raise as much as $500,000 to fund expenses related to Apex Solar Corp as well as general operations.
The company claimed it is currently negotiating with investors and has already received tentative commitments from several investors.
