The AGG data was acquired for the Margaret Lake property in late 2014 and the identified targets will be evaluated by drilling.
The targets have been defined from over 60 distinct gravity anomalies generated by the AGG survey and also based on anomaly strength, shape, and structural setting.
The Margaret Lake diamond property comprises 19 mineral claims totaling 19,716ha contiguous to the north and west of Kennady Diamonds’s Kelvin and Faraday projects.
Located 78km north of the East Arm of Great Slave Lake, the claims are in proximity to the De Beers/Mountain Province Diamonds Gahcho Kué joint venture, which is currently under construction as the next diamond mine in Canada.
Currently, the company is implementing drill and camp permitting process and about 160 samples were collected on the property.
The samples are in the final stage of being probed and the results will be correlated with the geophysics for drill targets selection.
