As part of the co-operation agreement, Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez will be delivered up to 850,000 tons of petroleum products per month, Permneftegazpererabotka will be delivered up to 150,000 tons, Lukoil-Volgogradneftepererabotka will receive up to 900,000 tons per month while RPK Vysotsk-Lukoil-II will be delivered 14 million tons per annum.
Lukoil and Rossijskie Zeleznye Dorogi (RZhD) have also agreed to employ a fiber-optic data transmission system to supply data from the Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez and Permneftegazpererabotka facilities to the Osentsy station, and from the Lukoil-Volgogradneftepererabotka facility to the Tatyanka station.
