The company will supply gas insulated switchgear of 220kV, 132kV & 66kV, associated cabling including external EHV cable diversion works, power transformers, 11kV air insulated switchgear, protection and substation automation system including DC system and auxiliaries.
The company will also be responsible for the design and construction of civil buildings with a complete set of utilities such as air conditioning, fire protection and lighting systems.
Separately, L&T said it has recently completed six 66kV substations for Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation.
