As per the agreement, LS Cable will strand and sell Mercury’s high voltage composite reinforced conductors (HVCRC ) product line in Korea, Vietnam, India.
Additional details will be released in the second quarter 2012.
Mercury CEO Ron Morris said the company is delighted to start its relationship with LS Cable.
"As a global leader in the manufacture of wire and cable products, LS Cable is an ideal fit for the introduction of Mercury’s HVCRC products into these markets," added Morris.
LS Cable is a global leader in the wire and cable industry, and Mercury is a leading developer of HVCRC for electrical transmission lines.
