Bulgaria's Privatisation Agency reports that FUAT Guven acquired the 0.25MW Lovech hydroelectric power plant for US$367,000 in April, according to the Bulgarian Economic Review.
The company also purchased the Kamen Bryag hydro plant in Bulgaria in March.
