Plans for the world's largest off-shore wind farm, the 1,000 MW London Array off the UK's Kent coast, have been set back after planning permission was rejected.
Swale Borough Council in Kent moved to reject plans for an associated substation at Cleve Hill. The station would link the Royal Dutch Shell, EON UK and CORE project to the national grid.
The developers are currently considering their next move.
