Located between the villages of Kirton and Tuxford, the solar farm has been developed by Biosar Aktor and is estimated to generate enough energy for about 1,100 local homes.
Biosar Aktor is also responsible for operation and maintenance services for the project.
Lightsource, as part of a land management plan, planted new hedgerow around the site featuring native species of field maple, hawthorn and hazel.
