Australian mining company Lemur Resources announced the resignation of the company's chairman Andrew Love.
The company stated that it was listed on Australian Stock Exchange under his chairmanship.
Lemur board members have thanked Love for his contributions and wished him for his future endeavors.
Lemur is currently focused on its coal assets in Madagascar.
The company had over $18m in cash at the end of December 2012.
