A 14.1MW ground-mounted system will be installed by Advanced Solar Products using its patented Solstice mounting system.
The New Jersey Renewable Energy Manufacturing Incentive (NJREMI) program has already approved the Solstice mounting system and the McGraw-Hill solar project.
Under the terms of the agreement, all solar panels will be delivered by November 2011.
Construction work on the solar project commenced last month and the system is expected to be fully operational by 2012.
The NJREMI program provides rebates to New Jersey residents, businesses, local governments, and non-profit organizations that buy and install solar panels, inverters and racking systems manufactured in the state.
