Laurion confirms that the transaction has closed, following all necessary corporate and regulatory approvals with respect to the acquisition of Beaurox property.
Laurion said the Beaurox Property is located in the southwestern quarter of the Elmhirst Township and is strategic to its northeastern boundary.
