Lattice Semiconductor Corporation (Lattice) has appointed Michael G. Potter as corporate vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) of the company, effective February 17, 2009. Most recently, Potter served as senior vice president and CFO of Neophotonics Inc. (Neophotonics). Prior to Neophotonics, he was vice president and CFO of STATS ChipPAC LTD. He has held senior positions with Honeywell International and started his career with KPMG Peat Marwick Thorne.

Potter holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia university, Montreal, and a Diploma in public accounting from McGill University, Montreal.
