LSI’s intenational subsidiary will provide the resources necessary to market and deploy LSI’s Electro Precipitation Integrated Water Systems wastewater treatment technology outside of North America.
Based in the UK with operations globally, Latitude Worldwide will conduct and serve LSI’s international operations exclusively.
LSI CEO Harvey Kaye said the formation of Latitude Worldwide creates an entity dedicated exclusively to optimizing international opportunities for the Company’s technologies originating outside of North America, particularly with major clients who have both domestic and international operations.
"This initiative allows LSI to continue to focus its resources on its current North American market, while providing operational capability on a worldwide basis," Kaye said.
