Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) is to supply three 1 MW wind turbines for Dongkuk Structures and Construction Co, a wind turbine tower manufacturer in Korea.
The three wind turbines will be installed at the Shin-An wind farm in Sinan Gun, in the southwestern province of Jeolla Namdo, approximately 100 km southwest of Gwangju. Shin-An, which is expected to expand to 50 MW, is due to begin initial operations this October.
