Gold mining company Kingsrose Mining has received approval from the Indonesian government for the Talang Santo mine at the company’s Way Linggo gold project.

The approval from the Directorate General of Minerals and Coal authorising normal mining activities at Talang Santo was given to PT Natarang Mining (PTNM), Kingsrose’s 85% Indonesian subsidiary and operator of the Way Linggo Gold Project.

PTNM earlier received an in-principle forestry permit covering the Talang Santo project and the haul road between the mine and the mill.

Kingrose said that its subsidiary has also been working to complete several other parallel processes.

Talang Santo is the second undrgound mine on Way Linggo gold project, located in the southern Sumatra, Indonesia.
