As per the deal, KEPCO E&C will use Intergraph’s SmartPlant 3D, SmartPlant Foundation, SmartPlant Review, SmartPlant Instrumentation, SmartPlant P&ID, SmartPlant Electrical and SmartSketch solutions.
KEPCO E&C is planning to implement the Intergraph system to several nuclear power plant projects.
The SmartPlant Enterprise will allow KEPCO E&C to integrate with other tools and systems for change management and reduce construction rework at its nuclear power projects.
Intergraph said SmartPlant Enterprise’s suite of solutions allow productivity gains and improve engineering efficiency by about 30%.
