In India, the infrastructure EPC major has secured INR2.1bn ($38.54m) order from PowerGrid for the supply and erection of 756kV power line between the states of Uttar Pradesh and Punjab.
In addition, the company has won INR640m ($11.7m) order from Himachal Pradesh Power Transmission Corporation for the supply and erection of 400kV, 220kV transmission lines in the state.
In Americas, KEC subsidiary SAE Towers has secured various orders worth INR2.24bn ($41.1m) for supply of lattice towers to Brazil, Mexico and the US.
The company also secured INR530m ($9.7m) order in Uganda for design, supply and construction of 33kV distribution lines and associated low voltage networks.
The order has been secured from the Rural Electrification Board of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development of Uganda.
