Plant Scherer is a 3,520MW coal-fired power generating facility located near Macon in the US state of Georgia.
Under the contract, KBR will be responsible for installation of all equipment and associated piping, steel, ductwork, electrical, instrumentation and related work.
The company will also be responsible for the procurement of piping and valves, and will provide storage, rigging, assembly of modules, lifting, placing, connecting and other services as necessary.
