The UES System Operator agreed with OGK-1 to gradually increase the load of the new power unit by 20MW, 70MW and 150 MW, to finally reach the specified 330MW. Under the load of 330MW, the unit operates approximately 72 hours, which is considered as a completion of the equipment run-up testing.

As a result of the reconstruction, the power plant, which is designed for 300MW, will be 330MW power unit, and can be fueled both with natural gas and coal.

Various E4 Group divisions have involved in the erection of the turbine and boiler; installing the equipment and laying pipelines in the turbine hall on the plant site. The elements of the main equipment for new power unit were manufactured by E4 Group.
